Role Overview:

As a

Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant

AST

, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and efficient Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role goes beyond technical configuration it involves partnering with clients to transform their HR operations through automation, data integration, and process optimization. You ll work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to design, build, and implement robust HCM integrations and reports that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for
Oracle Cloud HCM
.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot
HCM Extracts
,
Fast Formulas
(Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation).
Design and develop
BI Publisher (BIP) reports
,
SQL
, and
PL/SQL
-based solutions.
Configure and customize integrations with external systems using
WebServices
,
Roles Security
, and
Personalizations
.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless alignment between technical and business requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Work on
change management
initiatives to help clients adopt and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly
Oracle PaaS offerings
such as
OIC
(Oracle Integration Cloud) and
VBCS
(Visual Builder Cloud Service).

Required Skills Qualifications

Minimum
2 full-cycle implementation projects
in
Oracle Cloud HCM
.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
  (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation)
- BIP Reports
  ,
  SQL
  , and
  PL/SQL
Working knowledge of
WebServices
,
Roles Security
, and
Personalizations
.
Solid functional understanding of
Oracle HCM Cloud modules
, including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Absence
- OLM (Oracle Learning Management)
- Compensation
Excellent
communication
,
interpersonal
, and
client engagement
skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience or familiarity with
Oracle PaaS offerings
such as
OIC
and
VBCS
.
Exposure to
Finance
or
SCM
modules.
