Job Summary

Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in at least two full-cycle HCM implementation projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation).
• Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports, SQL, and PL/SQL scripts.
• Manage integrations and personalizations, including web services, roles, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration across HCM modules.
• Provide technical guidance on system design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support change management and system enhancements during and post-implementation.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Good exposure to Personalizations, Web Services, Roles & Security within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Absence, OLM, and Compensation.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

Good To Have

• Working knowledge of Oracle PaaS offerings such as OIC, VBCS.
• Exposure to Finance and SCM modules.
