Senior HCM Integration Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation).
• Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports, SQL, and PL/SQL-based solutions.
• Configure and customize integrations with external systems using WebServices, Roles & Security, and Personalizations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless alignment between technical and business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Work on change management initiatives to help clients adopt and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly Oracle PaaS offerings such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementation projects in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formulas (Absence, OTL, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation)
• BIP Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Working knowledge of WebServices, Roles & Security, and Personalizations.
• Solid functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Benefits
• ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
• Absence
• OLM (Oracle Learning Management)
• Compensation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience or familiarity with Oracle PaaS offerings such as OIC and VBCS.
• Exposure to Finance or SCM modules.
