We are seeking a skilled

Package Consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud

to join our consulting team. This role specializes in implementing, integrating, and supporting the

Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM)

suite across various modules, including

Procurement Cloud

Inventory Cloud

Order Management Cloud

Cost Management Cloud

Supply Planning Cloud

Demand Management Cloud

Product Lifecycle Management Cloud

Warehouse Management Cloud

Global Order Promising

Backlog Management

, and

Manufacturing Cloud

Key Responsibilities

Implement
and
configure
Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across various modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management, Supply Planning, and more.
Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle SCM Cloud functionalities.
Guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from
requirements gathering
to
go-live
and post-implementation support.
Conduct
workshops
,
training
, and
user acceptance testing
(UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of the Oracle SCM Cloud.
Integrate
Oracle SCM Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Provide ongoing
support
, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and recommending best practices for system optimization.
Document
business processes
,
solutions designs
, and
technical specifications
to ensure proper knowledge transfer and compliance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
Oracle SCM Cloud
features and functionalities to drive continuous improvements for clients.

Required Skills Qualifications

Proven experience
in implementing
Oracle SCM Cloud
, including modules like Procurement Cloud, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning.
Strong consulting experience, with the ability to translate business needs into
functional specifications
and
system configurations
.
Deep understanding of
supply chain processes
, including procurement, inventory management, order processing, and manufacturing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and functional teams.
Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills
in an Oracle SCM Cloud environment.
Oracle SCM Cloud certifications
or relevant training in Oracle Cloud is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Oracle ERP Cloud
or
other Oracle Cloud modules
(e.g., Financials, HCM).
Familiarity with
cloud integration tools
and platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite).
Experience in
Agile/Scrum
environments and working with cross-functional teams.
