Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK/EU clients.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UK/EU IT recruitment.
Familiarity with contract & permanent hiring.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
