Lead the UK Tax team to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements in tax operations.
Provide guidance on complex tax issues, including IRD (Income Related Distribution) calculations.
5–17 years of experience in UK taxation or a related field.
Strong knowledge of RTR (Return to Report) requirements under FRS 102.
Experience in the insurance industry or a similar sector is desirable.
