Position Overview

Recruiters with expertise in hiring for the Banking domain

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, salary negotiation, and offer closure.
• Source and attract candidates using

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals, referrals, and social networks

  .
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates for

  Banking sector roles

  , aligning with client requirements.
• Partner with the client’s hiring managers and HR teams to understand resource needs, role expectations, and deliverables.
  
• Maintain an updated applicant database and track metrics for successful delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and applicable

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience working in
