Role & Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for individuals seeking support. Utilize effective counseling techniques to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate workshops and training programs focusing on mental wellness and personal development. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance counseling approaches. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Relevant degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. Strong understanding of counseling theories and practices. Experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a multicultural environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Certification in counseling or therapy techniques. Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies.
