Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in UK RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within the UK staffing and recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK RPO/recruitment market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with UK-based clients, including staffing agencies and end clients.
• Understand client hiring needs and pitch RPO, contract staffing, or offshore recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close business deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development for UK RPO or UK staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment/staffing market, hiring trends, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Experience using CRM and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Must be comfortable working in UK shift timings.
