As a UI/UX Designer in the Global Visual Solutions team, you will play a key role in helping business stakeholders understand their users better and lead in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital as well as physical experiences. The projects can range from redesigning enterprise applications, website interfaces, workflow management systems and communication design and strategies for various internal and external initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to design user interfaces and experiences for websites, web applications, and digital communications.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for design, a user-first mindset, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create inclusive user experience for digital customer touchpoints like mobile apps, web portals, conversational interfaces, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g: WCAG 2.2 AA)
User Experience & Research
- Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create user journey maps and storyboards to visualize user interactions.
- Identify and address usability issues, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content strategists, developers, and business managers.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
Process & Innovation
- Contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and UI guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance user engagement and experience.
Designing Knowledge/ Experience
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or graphic design (internships and freelance work count!).
- Basic knowledge of accessibility (AX) standards and inclusive design principles
- Fluent in English with strong communication and storytelling skills
- Skilled in crafting digital user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Experience with accessible design systems and UI design (visual & graphic)
- Familiar with user experience and interaction design methodologies
- Capable of facilitating design thinking workshops and customer-centric sessions
- Understanding of agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Advocates for user-centric and accessibility-focused design throughout projects
- Able to visualize and communicate design strategies effectively
- Passionate about emerging UX trends and innovative technologies
- Driven by curiosity, empathy, and a desire to create meaningful digital experiences
- Comfortable navigating complex challenges within large organizations

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experiences.
- Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of design trends.
- Having and being fluent on graphic design will have advantages.
