Philips India Limited is looking for User Experience Design Intern to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex design problems.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and create prototypes.
Develop and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to junior designers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design.
Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
