UI/UX Trainer

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer to join our team and educate aspiring designers in the principles, tools, and practices of user interface and user experience design. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UI/UX design, excellent communication skills, and a desire to teach and mentor the next generation of designers. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on UI/UX design concepts, tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), and best practices. Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and hands-on projects aligned with industry standards. Teach fundamental and advanced topics including design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design. Guide students through real-world projects and provide constructive feedback on their work. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Evaluate student performance and provide mentorship to help them achieve career readiness. Conduct workshops, webinars, and live design critiques when necessary. Collaborate with curriculum development teams to continuously improve the course structure and content. Provide individual support and troubleshooting for students’ design-related challenges. Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varied learning styles and levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus. Experience with accessibility standards and design systems. Certification in instructional design or adult education.
