UI/UX trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on functionality, user experience, and usability. 
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. 
• Conduct client feedback and usability testing to gather insights for improving designs. 
• Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions. 
• Assist with ongoing design improvements based on user feedback. 
• Help maintain and organize design assets for the team. 
• Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas to enhance product user experiences. 

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and the design process. 
• At least internship experience in a UI/UX design role or equivalent coursework experience. 
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Framer, or similar design software. 
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills, including web and mobile design. 
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices. 
• Familiarity with AI design tools and AI-driven design processes is required. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts. 
• A passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences.
