POSITION SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research Skills
• Identify key research areas to enhance business knowledge
• Find and evaluate relevant information sources and market trends impacting thebusiness domain
• Plan and execute complex research projects, particularly in the field of unifiedcommunications
• Anticipate potential research challenges and resolve them promptly
• Collect, record, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
• Interpret data analysis results and draw meaningful conclusions and insights
• Present research findings clearly and effectively to committees or stakeholders
• Utilize research outcomes to produce reports, articles, and analytical documents
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in research planning and execution
• UI/UX
• Lead and conduct comprehensive UX research, including user interviews, usabilitytesting, and competitive analysis
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and clear information architecture
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and both low- and high-fidelity visualsaligned with user needs and business objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and innovativeuser experiences
• Apply UI/UX best practices throughout the entire product development process
• Advocate for user-centered design and promote usability at every stage of the designlifecycle
• Clearly present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in research or UI/UX, with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma
• Experience leading UX research and translating insights into actionable designstrategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically about user needs andbusiness objectives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
