About the role

We re looking for a

UX Analyst

to join our

UX team

and play a hands-on role in shaping and improving end-to-end Journey experiences. You will actively contribute to UX initiatives while also leading journey-level thinking and strategy across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Map, analyse, and continuously optimize end-to-end customer and user journeys

    across all digital and offline touchpoints to elevate experience quality, boost conversion, and strengthen retention.
  • Build UX journey dashboards and behavioral funnels

    leveraging Google Analytics (mandatory), heatmaps, and customer-data tools to generate insights and drive evidence-based UX decisions.
  • Identify experience friction points

    through quantitative data, qualitative feedback loops, usability insights, and behavioral patterns; recommend high-impact UX improvements with measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, research, marketing, and engineering teams

    to translate insights into experience improvements and track their performance over time.
  • Design and run UX experiments and validation cycles

    , including A/B tests, content/flow variations, and usability tests, to test hypotheses and scale winning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain UX journey documentation, service blueprints, and experience frameworks

    to enable alignment, transparency, and continuous evolutionof the experience strategy.
  • Understanding Design Systems

    and support

    prototyping, validation, and iteration

    of experiences.
  • Influence product and business decisions through

    UX-led insights.

  • Mentor and support junior members of the UX team
  • Act as a

    journey-thinking and human-centered design advocate.
