UX Analyst

As part of the USCB UX Designer team, you will provide early-stage research, ideation, experience solutions, and designs for products or features consumed through any USCB digital product experience channel. This includes responsive web, mobile native, voice, and more. To excel in this role, you should have experience contributing to features from concept to delivery, possess basic interaction and visual design skills rooted in human-centered principles, understand responsive and mobile-first design practices, and have experience working within a design system. Collaboration with Product Owners, engineers, and researchers in agile environments is crucial, along with balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. Strong communication skills, including stakeholder presentations, are essential, as well as a portfolio showcasing product design, problem-solving, and team collaboration. Highly valued skills include proficiency in prototyping using Figma, experience in usability testing and synthesizing findings, knowledge of service design or journey mapping, familiarity with design tokens and component-based architecture, and exposure to cross-platform design (iOS, Android, Web). Certifications or training in accessibility, design thinking, or UX strategy are a plus. Key critical skills for success in the role encompass risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills. This position is based in the Pune office. The purpose of the role is to manage product development UX and set the strategic direction, supporting the bank's senior management team, and managing product development risk across the organization. Responsibilities include developing strategic direction for product development UX, managing initiatives and colleagues, overseeing departmental goals, maintaining stakeholder relationships, implementing policies and procedures, mitigating risks, monitoring financial performance, and conducting market research. Analyst expectations involve performing activities timely and to a high standard, demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge and experience, leading and supervising a team, guiding professional development, and partnering with other functions and business areas.
