Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop user-centered design strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging UX designs that meet business objectives.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights to ensure optimal performance.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools.

Job Requirements :

8-11 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating effective UX strategies.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and best practices for improving user experience.
Experience working in an agile environment with iterative development methodologies.
