User Researcher

As a User Researcher at WPP, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the global GenAI-powered marketing platform. Your contributions will involve capturing insights into user behaviors, needs, pain points, and emerging habits to influence product direction and drive behavioral change. Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing: - **Research Execution & Support:** - Support the user research strategy for the GenAI platform transformation. - Design and conduct mixed-methods research to explore user needs and perceptions of AI tools. - Help identify and segment user personas across different functions and roles. - **Insights for Behavior & Adoption:** - Explore behavioral drivers and resistance points related to GenAI adoption. - Assess user reactions to automation or AI intervention. - Support partnerships with behavioral designers for sustained usage of new capabilities. - **Feedback & Learning Contribution:** - Capture ongoing user feedback and usage data for continuous discovery. - Translate research findings into actionable insights for product development. - Contribute to developing user insight documentation for internal teams. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with Product, UX, AI Coaching, and Change teams to embed user insights into design processes. - Participate in collaborative sessions across global teams. - Advocate for user needs and friction points in team discussions. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in user research or human-centered design. - Familiarity with qualitative and basic quantitative research methods. - Comfort with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies. - Bachelor's degree in psychology, HCI, sociology, anthropology, or related field. **Personal Attributes:** - Empathetic, curious, and eager to learn. - Collaborative and detail-oriented. - Open-minded, optimistic, and extraordinary.
