UI/UX Lead

As a UI/UX Evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing the current website and application to enhance user experience. Your duties will include evaluating UI/UX aspects, compiling observations, and suggesting improvements. Additionally, you will benchmark other gaming and non-gaming applications to adopt best practices and enhance our offerings. You will analyze customer feedback received over the past year to pinpoint areas for UI/UX enhancements. By assessing user journeys and drop-offs on the website and application, you will identify user dissatisfaction points and strategize necessary communications to improve user experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Design and possess 2-4 years of experience in a UI/UX role, preferably in Consumer Tech or Gaming industries. Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects is required. A solid understanding of Design Thinking and Consumer Behavior is essential for this role. Moreover, you should be capable of designing user journeys based on self-study, existing data, and customer insights.,
