UI/UX Lead

As a UI/UX evaluator, your role involves evaluating the current website and application to identify areas for improvement. You will need to benchmark other gaming and non-gaming applications to learn from best practices and enhance our offerings. Additionally, analyzing customer feedback and user journeys will be crucial in understanding user satisfaction and planning necessary communications. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the current website and application from UI/UX perspective - Create a summary of observations and suggestions for improvements - Benchmark other gaming and non-gaming applications - Identify opportunities to enhance our offerings - Analyze customer feedback received over the last 1 year - Identify areas for improvement in UI/UX based on customer feedback - Evaluate user journeys and drop-offs on the website and application - Understand user dissatisfaction and plan necessary communications at critical junctures Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Design - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a UI/UX role, preferably in Consumer Tech or Gaming - Expertise in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects - Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Consumer Behavior - Ability to design user journeys based on self-study, existing data, and customer insights,
