Job Description

Position: UI/UX & Graphic Designer (Lead)Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratCTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on skills & experience)Experience Required: 5 to 6 yearsNotice Period: Immediate joiners preferredMode of Interview: Virtual / In-person (as per availability)No. of Positions: 1Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and responsive web/mobile user interfacesCreate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesDesign engaging visual assets including banners, social creatives, icons, and marketing collateralsWork hands-on with front-end styling using HTML/CSSCustomize WordPress UI/UX and support CMS design needsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visuals with brand goalsEnsure design consistency across platforms and user journeysConduct user testing and optimize based on real feedbackMaintain brand guidelines and design libraries

Qualifications

Technical Skills:Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InVisionWeb Skills: HTML/HTML5, CSS, WordPress UI customizationWireframing, prototyping, and responsive designDesign Systems, Branding & Visual ConsistencyFamiliarity with JIRA / ClickUp or other project management toolsNon-Technical Skills:Strong communication & presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and user-centric design thinkingCross-team collaboration with developers, marketers & PMs
