UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with deep expertise in Figma to join our creative and technology-driven team. The ideal candidate will lead the design process — from concept to final prototype — ensuring intuitive, user-centric, and visually stunning interfaces across our digital products and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design initiatives for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

Ensure consistency of design across platforms and adherence to brand standards.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.

Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).

Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.

Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead design discussions.

A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
