The Academic Counselor provides guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals. This role involves academic advising, career counseling, and personal development support. The counselor assists students in selecting appropriate courses, identifying career paths, overcoming academic challenges, and developing study and life skills essential for academic success. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handling the academy operations, sales and marketing. Driving the sales through tele-sales and marketing. Connecting with faculties to get updated about the classes. Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies. Maintaining regular communication with students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
