Python developer/Trainer

As a Python Developer at our company, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure server-side applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. - Designing and optimizing complex SQL queries and database schemas for PostgreSQL. - Implementing asynchronous task queues using Celery with Redis as a message broker and result backend. - Writing clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices. - Containerizing applications using Docker for consistent development and deployment environments. - Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge. - Debugging and resolving complex technical issues across development, staging, and production environments. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and delivering comprehensive training modules on Python and full-stack technologies like Django, DRF, PostgreSQL, etc. Your role will also include: - Conducting hands-on coding workshops, bootcamps, and interactive sessions for individuals and groups. - Creating and maintaining high-quality training materials, including documentation, presentations, code examples, and video tutorials. - Mentoring junior developers and interns, providing guidance on code quality, design patterns, and career development. - Assessing the skill levels of team members and tailoring training programs to address gaps and foster growth. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
