UI/UX Developer/Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and tablet applications used in healthcare and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop modern, responsive UI screens using

  React / Next.js

  (preferred) or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and design system components.
• Enhance usability of dashboards, care workflows, forms, and AI-assisted modules.
• Conduct user research, A/B tests, and iterative improvements based on feedback.
• Document UI specifications and maintain a reusable component library.
• Ensure consistent branding, accessibility, and UX best practices across the platform.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years

  UI/UX experience designing and building web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Figma

  (or similar tools).
• Ability to design workflows for complex systems (healthcare/enterprise apps preferred).
• Experience creating reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX heuristics, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with US and offshore stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  healthcare, clinical workflows, RPM/CCM

  , or regulated industries preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with AI-driven UX (chatbots, agent-guided flows, intelligent forms).
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and API-based UI integration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
