Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with a strong passion for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly interfaces that solve real user problems and drive business goals.
Roles and responsibility

Understand customer problems, needs and jobs to be done.
Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and prioritization.
Design the UI and support the build of consistent, high-quality solutions.
Shape the product and work with the various teams to design, validate and build our solution.
Design prototypes for ideation and user feedback.
Lead usability tests.
Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
Effective coordination with Product managers, Developers and QA.

Technical Skills

at least 4 years of experience in core UI/UX design
proficient in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Sketch,Photoshop etc.
Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
