Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Gurgaon/Remote Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience Level: Mid Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. Design intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. Maintain design systems and ensure visual consistency across platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices. Translate complex ideas and workflows into clear, simple designs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design, process, and problem-solving. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience designing SaaS platforms or e-commerce sites.
