Responsibilities

Product & Application Design

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and design intuitive solutions.
• Design engaging, responsive, and interactive

  UI for web applications, SaaS dashboards, and mobile apps

  .
• Create

  UI elements

  such as menus, tabs, widgets, dashboards, and components.
• Conduct

  user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback

  to iterate on designs.
• Work closely with

  front-end developers

  to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.

Marketing Websites & Landing Pages

• Design and develop

  user interfaces for marketing websites and landing pages

  , ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with

  marketing, content, and development teams

  to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Optimize

  user journeys to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs

  .
• Ensure designs align with

  SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital marketing goals

  .
• Create

  ad creatives, banners, app icons, and scalable SVG assets

  to support marketing campaigns.

Design Process & Communication

• Create

  wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

  to communicate design concepts.
• Present design concepts and

  communicate design thinking clearly

  to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain

  design consistency, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards

  .
• Stay up to date with

  UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

  .
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  .

Responsive Web Design (RWD)

• Ensure interfaces adapt fluidly to all screen sizes and devices.
• Follow a

  mobile-first approach

  with flexible grids, responsive images/media, and viewport meta tags.
• Apply

  media queries at strategic breakpoints

  to optimize design for every device.

Cross-Browser Compatibility

• Test and ensure

  UI consistency

  across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• Knowledge of browser-specific prefixes:

• -webkit-

  → Chrome, Safari, newer Edge, Opera

• -moz-

  → Firefox

• -ms-

  → Internet Explorer & old Edge (EdgeHTML)

• -o-

  → Legacy Opera (pre-v15)

Required Skills & Experience

• Figma

  : 3+ years (Required)

• Adobe XD & Illustrator

  : 3+ years (Required)

• Mockups & High-Fidelity Wireframes

  : 3+ years (Required)

• Web & App Design

  : 3+ years (Required)

• HTML Conversion Knowledge

  : 2+ years (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong portfolio of

  web apps, SaaS dashboards, landing pages, and marketing websites

  .
• Strong sense of

  visual design, typography, spacing, and color theory

  .
• Ability to

  self-research and translate competitor insights into fresh UI

  .
• Experience with

  ad copy, creative graphics, and micro-animations

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Uizard, etc.)

  is a plus.
