About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life through well-thought-out user interfaces and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and translate them into interactive design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Improve user journeys and enhance overall digital product usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles.
• Experience with motion design or animation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work.
