Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional and visually appealing interfaces. You will be responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-quality design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Can design modern, user-friendly web pages and dashboards
works with Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva
Should have a portfolio or simple designs
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Maintain design consistency through style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components.
Ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and responsiveness best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
