UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to lead the visual design and user experience of our website projects. You will be responsible for crafting aesthetically engaging layouts, intuitive user interfaces, and brand-consistent design elements, while also implementing them on Shopify. The ideal candidate combines a strong design foundation with basic front-end implementation skills, particularly within the Shopify environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design full website layouts and user interfaces based on brand briefs and project goals.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.
• Create custom graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with existing brand guidelines.
• Draft brand guidelines from scratch when necessary, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and visual styles.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to bring designs to life.
• Implement design concepts on Shopify using basic front-end customization tools.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Conduct basic usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and digital product design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with additional design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and its customization capabilities (themes, sections, etc.).
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into functional and appealing digital designs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience drafting brand guidelines from scratch.
• Certification course of Graphic Designing or similar course
• Understanding of e-commerce user behavior and UX best practices.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.

Tools & Technologies:

• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch – optional but beneficial)
• Implementation: Shopify, Shopify theme editor, Expertise to design graphics
• Other: Google Fonts, icon libraries, asset optimization tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
