Job Description

UI/UX Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and gather feedback.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design quality.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,970.49 - ₹40,000.00 per month
