Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented FULL-TIME UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world design challenges in the travel space and contribute to delivering seamless, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and responsive web and mobile interfaces for our travel platform

Build interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

Create user journey maps, personas, and flowcharts to inform design decisions

Contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions

Collaborate with product managers and developers for smooth design handoff

Apply design thinking principles and accessibility standards across all outputs

Design Requirements

Core Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, component libraries)

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

Strong skills in wireframing, visual design, and information architecture

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles

Knowledge of user research, A/B testing, and usability evaluation

Basic understanding of frontend capabilities (HTML/CSS constraints)

Methodologies & Tools:

⁠Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design approach

Creation and application of user personas and journey mapping

Accessibility design (WCAG guidelines)

Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar analytics

Experience

Minimum 2 year of experience in UI/UX design (internship or freelance included)

Bonus: Prior experience in travel, booking, or e-commerce platforms

Bonus: Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or basic frontend tools like React or Tailwind CSS

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UI design: 2 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Preferred)
• Figma: 3 years (Preferred)
