Role Overview:

UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Design responsive, mobile-friendly UI for website pages and marketing assets
• Translate wireframes and briefs into visually appealing high-fidelity designs
• Create interactive prototypes using

  Figma

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
• Contribute to a shared

  design system

  and maintain visual consistency
• Support with icons, visuals, and brand-aligned UI elements
• Explore interactions and micro-animations using

  Framer

  or

  Webflow

  (training/support will be provided if you're still learning)
  

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design roles
• Strong portfolio with examples of

  web design

  ,

  responsive layouts

  , or

  product UI

• Proficiency with:

• Figma

  (layouts, components, prototyping)
• Understanding of

  responsive design

  and layout best practices
• Basic knowledge of

  Framer

  or

  Webflow

  (or willingness to learn)
• Good eye for color, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively
  

Good to Have:

• Experience working with developers (basic understanding of HTML/CSS)
• Exposure to

  Lottie animations

  ,

  SVGs

  , or micro-interactions
• Understanding of design for

  performance and accessibility

Compensation:

• CTC

  : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
