UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

User Interface Design

• Design clean, scalable, and modern UIs for software, mobile apps, games, and AR/VR platforms.
• Create multiple design versions (at least 2 options) for key screens to explore visual approaches.
• Craft visuals including layouts, brand style guides, color palettes, and visual hierarchies.

User Experience & Research

• Create wireframes, user flows, mind maps, and brainstorming diagrams to map the full user journey.
• Implement core UX principles to ensure intuitive, user-friendly design experiences.
• Define and document customer personas to guide design strategy and decisions.
• Build mood boards and inspiration boards with deep competitor analysis to align design with user expectations and market
• trends.
• ️ Prototyping & Documentation
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to simulate functionality and user flows.
• Write first-draft copy using ChatGPT or similar tools, aligned with brand voice and tone.
• Organize all project files, versions, and assets in a structured manner in Figma and Google Drive.
• Create and share comprehensive style guides with developers for consistent implementation.

Collaboration & Communication

• Gather design requirements directly from Product Owners and Engineering Managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from team members, stakeholders, and test users to refine designs.

Testing & Quality Review

• Perform functional and visual testing of designs both before and after development to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Review final implementations and flag any visual or UX discrepancies for resolution.

Asset & UI Element Creation

• Design and deliver production-ready UI elements including cards, buttons, modals, headers, etc.
• Create visual assets such as SVG icons, micro animations, sprites, and scalable illustrations for seamless integration into
• products.
• Prepare graphic assets for marketing and publishing — including App Store / Play Store screenshots, banners, thumbnails, favicons, and icons.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (including FigJam)
• Basic use of Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Canva
• Comfortable with Pen Tool (vector drawing and editing)
• Familiar with ClickUp (or similar task/project management tools)
• Efficient use of ChatGPT and AI tools for copy, inspiration, and problem-solving
• Good documentation skills
• FigJam, Confluence, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Basic Chrome DevTools skills to inspect and validate UI implementations
• Professional email writing and communication
• Strong English fluency – written and verbal
• Ability to create and manage feedback loops systematically
• Open to feedback and constructive criticism
• Adaptable and able to switch across design tools or formats when needed
• Organized in managing files, versions, and documentation
• Creative thinking and ideation (most important soft skill)
• Research skills – ability to gather competitor references, UX patterns, and visual ideas

Knowledge

• Basic principles of UI/UX design

• Typography fundamentals – hierarchy, legibility, spacing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
