UI/UX Designer

You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in UX Design or a related role. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related disciplines. Additionally, candidates with Diploma, Master's degree, or relevant certifications are encouraged to apply. As a UX Designer, your responsibilities will include understanding product specifications and user psychology, conducting concept and usability testing, creating personas through user research, and defining the right interaction model. You will be expected to develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs, find innovative solutions to UX problems, and collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs. Furthermore, you will need to communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers, stay updated on competitor products and industry trends, and ensure the success of the interaction model. To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of design projects, experience in project management and research, and familiarity with interaction design and information architecture. Proficiency in design software such as UXPin and Balsamiq is required, along with knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
