You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in web development. Even freshers can apply for this position. The required qualifications include B.tech (CS, IT, EC), B.E (CS, IT, EC), B.sc (CS, IT, EC), or MCA. Your main responsibilities will include developing new websites using platforms such as Codeigniter, Laravel, Shopify, and WordPress. You will be creating custom WordPress plugins to address specific site needs and designing highly responsive websites from conception to delivery. Maintaining code libraries, collaborating with the team to meet user needs, working under deadlines, and implementing marketing strategies are also crucial aspects of this role. In addition, you will need to maintain client relationships effectively, have excellent attention to detail, be an active listener, and base your decisions on facts. Identifying market opportunities, generating requirements from clients, building client relationships, supporting in proposal writing, and possessing strong knowledge of web development languages and tools like HTML5, MySQL, CSS, and responsive design principles are essential skills for this position.
