Role Overview: As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of the Shopify-based e-commerce website. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to enhance user experience and optimize website performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Shopify's platform capabilities, front-end development skills, and experience with third-party application integration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and templates to align with project requirements and brand guidelines. - Implement new features and functionalities on the Shopify platform using Liquid programming language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Collaborate with designers to transform design mockups into fully functional Shopify themes and user interfaces. - Optimize website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and SEO. - Integrate third-party applications, plugins, and APIs to extend Shopify's capabilities and enhance user experience. - Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Shopify theme customization, app integrations, and website functionality. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development, e-commerce, and web technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience required, with at least 1 year in software development. - Proficiency in HTML5 for at least 1 year is necessary.
