Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, conducting user research, developing user personas, and designing wireframes and prototypes. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, improve user experience, and ensure consistency across all platforms and products. The role also involves testing designs for usability and making adjustments based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in UI/UX Design, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing
• Ability to create responsive designs and ensure cross-platform compatibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
