Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product or design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and user-centered. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into functional and visually appealing digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
● Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
● Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
● Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
● Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
● Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
● Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or IN Vision.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
● Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,408.37 - ₹41,574.87 per month
