Role Description

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer Intern to join our passionate team. In this 6-month internship. You'll collaborate with the team to design intuitive UI/UX layouts and deliver high-quality creative content that enhances user engagement and supports our mission.

This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment while building a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics, posts, and assets for marketing, social media, and platform features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop UI/UX layouts that prioritize user experience and functionality.
• Use tools like Figma, wireframes, and final designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and deliver creative solutions for real-world design challenges.
• Participate in performance reviews during the initial training phase to refine skills and determine stipend allocation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UI/UX Design and Figma
• Strong sense of creativity, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience (or 5 self-built projects for freshers).
• Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new design trends and tools.
• Open to all-year students; performance during initial training will influence stipend.
• Pursuing or completing a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
