Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full UX design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Design

  end-to-end product experiences

  , not just screens.
• Create

  user flows, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction patterns

  grounded in user behavior and scientific context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and solve real user problems with clarity.
• Deliver

  clean, modern, and visually engaging UI designs

  aligned with brand guidelines and scientific credibility.
• Optimize workflows and improve product usability through data-driven iteration and user feedback.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth hand-offs.
• Present design decisions clearly, backed by rationale and empathy for the user.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in

  UI/UX design

  for web or mobile digital products.

• Strong portfolio

  showcasing real shipped products or end-to-end design projects.
• Expertise in

  Figma

  (or similar design tools).
• Understanding of

  UX research

  and ability to turn insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent sense of

  visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and color theory

  .
• Clear communication and confidence in explaining design reasoning.

Nice to Have

• Formal design education (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, etc.) is a plus — but we value proven experience and thoughtful portfolios over degrees.
• Evidence-driven and detail-oriented.
• Ability to integrate across biology, nutrition, and client application.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with evolving science and technology.
