Nutrition Scientist

As a Nutrition Scientist at MetFlux Research Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of the translational research and protocol design team focusing on integrating various assessments to develop personalized nutrition protocols for individuals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Protocol Design & Personalization:** - Interpret client health profiles including blood biomarkers, genetics, omics, microbiome, exposome, and lifestyle to create holistic nutrition strategies. - Design dietary protocols, supplement plans, and lifestyle frameworks ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and evidence alignment. - **Evidence Synthesis & Application:** - Conduct literature reviews and evidence appraisal in metabolic, gut-immune, and aging nutrition. - Apply scientific insights to enhance protocol design and contribute to evidence-safe claims. - **Collaboration & Innovation:** - Collaborate with systems biologists and data scientists to map nutrition insights into in-silico models. - Support R&D projects in nutraceuticals, functional foods, and clinical study design by engaging in cross-disciplinary discussions. - **Reporting & Communication:** - Draft scientific insights for client-facing health reports. - Prepare presentations, white papers, and manuscripts for internal and external use, ensuring clear communication to non-specialist stakeholders. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Education:** - Masters/PhD in Nutrition Science, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or related field. - **Experience:** - 13 years in applied nutrition, functional foods, or clinical nutrition research. - **Technical/Professional Skills:** - Strong knowledge in immuno-metabolic and gut-health nutrition. - Ability to integrate physiology, biochemistry, nutrition, and client application. - Proficient in evidence synthesis and scientific writing. - (Preferred) Familiarity with statistical/analysis tools. - **Attributes:** - Evidence-driven and detail-oriented. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt with evolving science and technology.
