Job Description

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing and implementing of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our products. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across platforms

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design intuitive, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications used in logistics, such as delivery tracking, route planning, vehicle management, and real-time dashboards.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on design concepts.
Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Maintain and evolve a design system tailored to logistics workflows and enterprise tools.
Identify pain points in operational user journeys and recommend design-led improvements.
Use data and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and performance goals.

Location & commitments:

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

Location : Navi Mumbai

Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Candidate requirements

Experience :

Total 3+ years experience UI/UX Designer or similar role, Portfolio of design projects

Skills required:

Knowledge of industry standard 3D animation tool/software is mandatory, Working knowledge of audio/video editing software, Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision), Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop,

Education qualification:

Graduation in Computer Science or Graphic Design
