UI/UX Designer Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design vision for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership capabilities, and experience in user-centered design principles. You’ll lead a team of UI/UX designers and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding user experiences.

• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
