UI/UX Designer Lead

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Lead at Prometteur Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving the design vision for digital products. Your role will involve leading a team of UI/UX designers, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences. Your creativity, leadership skills, and experience in user-centered design principles will be key in shaping the design direction of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality design output. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user and business requirements. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs. - Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards. - Advocate for best UI/UX practices and user-centered design throughout the organization. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. - Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders effectively and confidently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. - Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.,
