Job Description

At least 5 years of experience in UI design or a related field.
Strong visual design skills, including the ability to create high-quality designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with journey mapping, user modeling, prototyping, usability testing, and user research.
Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and design thinking methodologies.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and design thinking approach.
