Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into engaging UI/UX designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens using

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

57 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong proficiency in
Figma
(mandatory).
Experience working with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience in responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Knowledge of creating design systems and reusable components.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
