Job Description

high-performing UI/UX Designer

product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and experience vision

Role & responsibilities:

User Experience (UX)

Conduct user research, usability testing, UX audits, and heuristic evaluations
Build user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and experience maps
Apply Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) and problem-first design thinking
Identify and resolve UX friction points and behavioral drop-offs
Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to convert insights into UX actions

User Interface (UI)

Design high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI for Web, Android & iOS
Build and maintain a scalable Design System & Component Library
Define typography, spacing, color tokens, grids, and UI governance
Ensure responsive behavior and cross-device consistency
Act as brand experience custodian across all digital touchpoints

Developer Handoff & Execution

Deliver clean Figma files with Auto-Layout, Variants, Constraints & RedlineR
Collaborate with developers for accurate UI implementation
Perform UI QA, regression checks & usability validation
Maintain design documentation, version control & governance
Ensure predictable sprint handoffs with zero ambiguity.

Conversion & Growth Design

Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, onboarding, booking flows & forms
Design campaign creatives and ad landing pages
Support A/B testing and UX experimentation
Designs are directly evaluated on revenue and conversion lift

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Engineering, or equivalent
2–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
Portfolio must include shipped live products
