Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts across our verticalsreal estate, wellness retreats, and hospitality. You will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and managing digital engagement across platforms. Role & responsibilities Digital Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads . Optimize campaigns for performance and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Website, SEO & Analytics Manage company websites and landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic. Monitor and analyze website traffic via Google Analytics, Search Console , and recommend improvements. Social Media Marketing Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube aligned with brand aesthetics. Track engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase reach, followers, and interactions. Collaborate with the creative team for high-impact visual and video content. Email & CRM Campaigns Plan and execute email marketing campaigns , newsletters, and drip sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Maintain CRM hygiene, segment leads, and nurture them through digital touchpoints. Performance Marketing Manage paid media budgets, set KPIs, track ROI, and report performance across platforms. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs. Coordinate with agencies/vendors for specialized campaigns or influencer marketing. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate and qualify leads for real estate, wellness programs, and retreats . Build lead funnels, automation workflows, and retargeting campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and CRM efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 37 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate or wellness/hospitality background is a plus). Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound are an added advantage. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads . Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Hands-on with Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console , and heatmap tools like Hotjar. Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and email marketing platforms . Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting . Why Join Ridhira Group?
